Goal 3 Test--Civil War Era MON, Sept. 22
Test will cover material Antebellum Era, Civil War, and Reconstruction Era. (#19-26) Test consists of multiple choice questions and 1 essay question. Refer to Goal 3 Key Terms for the Objectives (essay questions) in the Class Files section of this website.
Mid-Term Exam Goals 1-8 FRI, Oct. 24
Multiple choice test of 100 questions that will cover material learned from 1789-1918. Study notebook pages 10-48, as well as reading assignments. Emphasis will be placed on Goal 6, Imperialism, and Goal 8, World War I.
GOAL 12 Test; WED, Dec. 17
Test will emphasize material covered during 1976-2003; presidents Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, and Bush foreign and domestic policies; political, social, and economic events.
GOAL 11 Test; TUES, Dec. 9
Test will cover events from 1945-1976. Topics include Kennedy, Johnson, and Nixon's presidential terms, foreign and domestic policies, and freedom movements, and the Vietnam War. 50 MC questions & 1 essay question.
Benchmark Test Goals 1-10, THURS 11/20
Multiple-choice Benchmark test will cover all material learned so far in this semester (Goals 1-10). Test will emphasize Goal 10 WWII & the Beginning of the Cold War (Chapters 25, 26, & 27). Please review key terms & concepts from the Goal sheets 1-10.
Goal 9 Test TUES, Nov. 4
Test includes multiple-choice questions (80 pts.) with choice of essay question (20 pts.)
Use Goal 9 Class File as a study guide for key terms to know. Also, the objectives (as always) are the essay questions.
Goal 7 Test THURS, Oct. 16
Test will cover the Progressive Era. Study pages 38-44 in the notebook and reading assignments.
Goals 1-5 Test MON, Oct. 6
Benchmark Test for Goals 1-5; no essay question. The Test will resemble an EOC test so students will be able to determine their strengths and weaknesses for each NC SCOS Goal to date.
